Hello,
I'm going to be giving a lecture at Columbia University on my book, A Great Place for a Seizure. They have this course in the medical school called "Narrative Medicine" where they teach the value of reading 'illness narratives' to doctors so that they better understand their patients. The point I want to make is that the Illness narrative is not the disability narrative. At the end of it I'm going to give out my presentation and I would like to include a copy of your article, with full copyright and reference to your magazine.
Would you tell me how you would like the copyright to appear. Is it Ralph magazine or is it New Mobility Magazine?
Thanks so much.
