RE: Portland Tribune story on the future of durability
Lolita,
I'm a reporter at the Portland Tribune writing a story on why things last and don't last. I'm talking about the Model T in my story and I notice you have a cool photo on your website of an old auto junkyard. I was hoping to get a jpeg and run that photo with my story. Can you help me, please?
--- Thank you,
Peter Korn
Portland Tribune§ § § Hi, Paul:
I had a bit of trouble finding the picture of ancient cars you were describing. If you can give me the link it would help (alas we've been around since 1994 and have over 5000 images online).

Can you help?

To: Peter KornThis one beats the hell out of me, although I must admit that that junkyard looks not unlike our offices.
The best I can so for you is to send samples of our "request for review copies of your titles" --- ones we send off to book publishers when we are looking for certain items to feature . . . all to be found under our 'request for review' page,

--- Rob Lonneman§ § § Hi, Rob:
What is it about these derelict old cars? Are trashed-out Model T's and Model A's coming back into fashion?
