RE: There is a mistake in one of your posts
Hello,
I just wanted to let you know about a typing error in one of your posts.
Here is the link:
https://www.krabarchive.com/ralphmag/HN/mango-mint.html The last paragraph reads:
Speaking of the uglies, the editors of Mango & Mint have chosen to include twenty-two color shots of such dishes as Bitter Melon and Lemon, Coconut Halva, and Cauliflower Potato, and Meat Curry. If there is another edition --- and I hope there is --- let's leave these off. These hearty foods taste far better than they look, I assure you.
It should be Methi, which are Fenugreek seeds:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fenugreek For there is no meat in this cookbook.
I enjoyed your post with the personal experiences you wove into the review.
Just as a side note, My experience has been that people think the food looks delectable, I certainly do, but regardless, I absolutely agree that it tastes delicious.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fenugreek My apologies, in this recipe, the Methi are the Fenugreek greens, not seeds.
