On occasion, we put out a hardcopy "Folio" with the best of our reviews, articles, readings and poetry. In addition, we've recently published an anthology of our prize-winning reviews, readings, poems and articles. It was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize and has been named by Kirkus as "One of the Best Books of 2014."
Our task, as we see it, is to review books that are being ignored by the other media, to give readers a chance to know the rare, the unusual, the thoughtful. We like to think of Edmund Wilson, Virginia Woolf, G. B. Shaw, and H. L. Mencken as our literary godparents.
